Lay Leaders Training Program is designed to equip individuals with the medical skills, knowledge, and tools they need to become effective organizers, and change-makers in their communities. The lay leader training program is planned once in a year. Participants to the program are limited to 25. The participants are given theoretical training and practical training taking them to hospitals. They are provided with the St. Johns Ambulance certificate. The training enables them to give medical advices to the community around thereby enriching their lives.
