1. FMMI Health Care Centre at Na-Ali, Majuli Island FMMI Health care centre at Na-Ali, Majuli Island, Assam was established in the year 2019. It is surrounded by Brahmaputra River. The aim of the centre is to provide medical support to the community around the health care centre. To create awareness among the people community development work is carried out in order to create medical awareness to the people. Medical camps are conducted the surrounding villages periodically. In the FMMI health centre treatments are given to the people at the very lesser cost. The health centre is equipped with Doctors, Nurses & Paramedics. They do yeomen service to the people visiting the hospital, through medical camps and through the community development programmes. Also the health are centre is equipped with the basic infrastructure facilities that Is needed as per the norms.

2. FMMI Sub Health Care Centre at Gopur, Assam FMMI Sub Health care centre at Gopur, Assam was established in the year 2023 to cater to the needs of the community around. Doctors, Nurses & paramedics were employed to look after the smooth functioning of the sub health care centre. It is 25 kilometers from the FMMI health care centre at Na- Ali.
